Article 1

Guests are required to fill out necessary information in the guest register at the front desk of the facility during check-in, and may be asked to provide their passport number, passport, or identification card. Refusal to comply will result in denial of accommodation.

Article 2
(Establishment of contract)

1. When a guest applies for accommodation at this facility and this facility accepts the application, an accommodation contract shall be established.

2. Upon conclusion of the contract, the property may require prepayment of the accommodation fee. The amount shall be the whole or part of the accommodation fee (including service charge).

Article 3
(Service content) 

This facility provides services to guests based on these Terms and regulations separately established by the facility.

Plans for meals and sightseeing guides may change depending on the season or natural disasters.

Article 4　(check-in·check out)

1. Guests are requested to fill in the necessary information on the registration card at the front desk at check-in and may be asked to present identification.

2. The accommodation period is from [Check-in Time] to [Check-out Time].

3. The Guest cannot arrive earlier than the check-in time or leave later than the check-out time.

4. The Guest must use the vacation rental property carefully during the accommodation period.

Article 5
(Changes to Terms of Use)

The Facility may change these Terms without obtaining the consent of the Guest.

Article 6: Denial of Accommodation and Cancellation

This article addresses the conditions under which accommodation may be denied and the policies regarding cancellation.

This facility may refuse or cancel your accommodation application in the following cases.

1. When there are no rooms available due to full occupancy.

2. When the person seeking accommodation is clearly recognized as having a contagious disease.

3. When a person is required to bear a burden that exceeds a reasonable range regarding accommodation.

4. When natural disasters, facility failures, or other unavoidable circumstances occur.

5. Accommodation may be canceled due to the circumstances of the private lodging operator.

6. Illness or injury of vacation rental operators

7. Family circumstances of private lodging operators

8. Equipment failure at private lodging facilities

9. Repair of private lodging facilities

11. Accommodation facilities and services may change due to the circumstances of the private lodging operator.

12. Refunds will be made in the event of cancellation, minus the handling fee. It will take a few days for your refund to be processed.

Article 7
(Responsibility of the guest)

1. Guests shall endeavor to comply with these Terms and the rules set by the Facility.

2. 
   If this facility suffers damage due to a guest's violation of these terms or regulations, the guest will be liable to the facility for damages.

Article 8
Notes

1. ​Users are prohibited from the following acts within the private lodging facility.

2. smoking

3. Bringing a pet

4. use of fire

5. It is prohibited to make loud noises or play musical instruments after 8 p.m.

6. Other acts prohibited by the vacation rental operator

7. Users shall take responsibility for any accidents or damages that occur within the private lodging facility.

8. The private lodging operator may change or remove the facilities and equipment of the private lodging facility without prior notice.

9. Private lodging operators are not responsible for any damage caused to users as a result of using the private lodging facilities.

10. Please check the location of fire alarms and fire extinguishers.

11. In the event of a disaster such as an earthquake or typhoon, please follow the instructions of the vacation rental operator.

Article 9.Others

1. These Terms of Use shall be interpreted in accordance with Japanese law.

2. Any dispute regarding these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the [Jurisdictional Court] in the first instance.

Article 10
Use of vacation rental facilities

The Guest may use the vacation rental property for the following purposes only

1. Accommodation

2. Other purposes permitted by the Operator

The Guest may not use the vacation rental property for the following purposes:

1. Commercial use

2. Holding parties or events

3. Illegal activities

If the Guest causes damage to the vacation rental property, the Guest shall be liable for compensation.

Article 12
Garbage processing

Please dispose of waste properly.

Follow the instructions in the vacation rental property for waste disposal.
